Fasto RediSil NP Pro – Commercial Grade, High Performance RTV Sealant

RediSil NP Pro is a one-part, neutral cure, non-corrosive RTV silicone sealant designed for durable sealing, bonding, and glazing applications across electrical, mechanical, automotive, and construction sectors. Its neutral cure formulation ensures safe application on metals and sensitive substrates while delivering excellent resistance to weathering and environmental exposure.

Surface Preparation

  • Clean all surfaces thoroughly to remove dust, grease, oil, rust, scale, and contaminants.
  • Use a suitable Fasto cleaner for optimal adhesion.

Application Method

  1. Apply RediSil NP Pro using a manual or pneumatic dispensing gun.
  2. Extrude a continuous, uniform bead onto the prepared surface.
  3. Assemble or tool joints immediately to prevent premature skin formation.
  4. Apply sufficient sealant to ensure complete sealing.
  5. Remove excess material after tooling, if required.

Construction & Expansion Joints

  • Ensure joint substrates are sound and contaminant-free.
  • For larger joints, use a backer rod or bond breaker tape.
  • Use masking tape for neat edges and remove it after tooling and before skinning.

Curing Information

  • Skin formation: 15–25 minutes
  • Tack-free time: 25–35 minutes
  • Full cure: 24 hours
    (Curing depends on temperature, humidity, and joint depth)
