Surface Preparation

  • Ensure all contact surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, oil, rust, or contaminants.
  • Use a suitable Fasto cleaner for optimal surface preparation.

Application Method

  1. Apply Fasto TG200 evenly using a spatula.
  2. Ensure complete contact between surfaces by eliminating air gaps.
  3. Use sufficient quantity to fill voids, but avoid excess application.
  4. Remove excess material after application if required.

Application Conditions

  • Recommended application temperature: 5°C to 40°C
  • Optimum performance range: 15°C to 25°C

Joint & Application Guidelines

  • Designed for interface applications between heat sources and heat sinks
  • Ensure uniform thin layer application for maximum efficiency
  • Avoid over-application, as excessive thickness may reduce thermal performance
  • Suitable for static assemblies where long-term thermal stability is required
