Chemach 90 is a two-part, pure epoxy–based, high-strength chemical anchoring system developed for heavy-duty structural bonding, grouting, and fixing applications. Its fast-curing formulation delivers exceptional mechanical strength, superior chemical resistance, and reliable performance in both horizontal and vertical installations.

Surface Preparation

  • Ensure holes and substrates are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, oil, loose particles, and contaminants.
  • Clean drilled holes thoroughly using air blower or suitable cleaning tools before application.

Mixing Instructions

  • Chemach 90 is supplied in a ready-to-use 3:1 cartridge.
  • Attach the static mixer to the cartridge nozzle.
  • Dispense material until a uniform grey colour is achieved, indicating proper mixing of both components.

Application Method

  • Inject Chemach 90 directly into the drilled hole or grouting area.
  • Insert threaded rod, rebar, or fixing component with a slow twisting motion to ensure complete wetting.
  • Remove excess material if required.
  • Do not disturb the assembly during curing.

Curing Information

  • Fixture time: approx. 20 minutes
  • Full cure: 24 hours (at ambient temperature)
  • Curing time may vary based on temperature, bond gap, and substrate type.

Joint & Anchoring Guidelines

  • Suitable for anchoring threaded rods, rebars, bolts, and mechanical fasteners
  • Ideal for grouting machines, cable trays, base plates, and structural components
  • Applicable in horizontal and vertical installations
  • Not recommended for pure oxygen or chlorine-rich environments
