Surface Preparation

  • Clean all surfaces thoroughly to remove dust, grease, oil, rust, scale, and contaminants.
  • Use a suitable Fasto cleaner for optimal adhesion.

Application Method

  1. Apply RediSil NP Pro using a manual or pneumatic dispensing gun.
  2. Extrude a continuous, uniform bead onto the prepared surface.
  3. Assemble or tool joints immediately to prevent premature skin formation.
  4. Apply sufficient sealant to ensure complete sealing.
  5. Remove excess material after tooling, if required.

Construction & Expansion Joints

  • Ensure joint substrates are sound and contaminant-free.
  • For larger joints, use a backer rod or bond breaker tape.
  • Use masking tape for neat edges and remove it after tooling and before skinning.

Curing Information

  • Skin formation: 15–25 minutes
  • Tack-free time: 25–35 minutes
  • Full cure: 24 hours
    (Curing depends on temperature, humidity, and joint depth)
