Surface Preparation

  • Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, dust, and contaminants.
  • Surface cleaning may be required depending on the substrate.

Mixing Instructions

Supplied as resin (Part A) and hardener (Part B) in the correct mixing ratio.

Mixing ratio: 10 : 8

  1. Stir Part A thoroughly to re-disperse fillers.
  2. Add the measured hardener to the resin.
  3. Mix by hand or slow-speed mixer for 2–3 minutes until a uniform colour is achieved.
  4. Incomplete mixing can cause poor curing and reduced strength.

Application Method

  1. Apply the mixed adhesive by pouring or brushing onto the prepared surface.
  2. Assemble parts within the working time (30–40 minutes).
  3. Allow the assembly to remain undisturbed until required strength is achieved.

Curing Guidelines

  • Working time: 30–40 minutes
  • Full cure: 24 hours
  • Cure speed depends on temperature, substrate, and mixed mass.
  • Heating the assembly can accelerate curing.
