Fasto CA95 is a low-medium viscosity, high-strength ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive engineered for rapid bonding across a wide range of substrates, including some porous materials. Its very fast cure speed and reliable mechanical strength make it ideal for industrial assembly, maintenance, and precision bonding applications.

Surface Preparation

  • Ensure bonding surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, dust, and contaminants.
  • Proper alignment of components is essential due to rapid curing behavior.

Application Method

  1. Apply a thin, sparing amount of Fasto CA95 to one surface only.
  2. Join parts immediately and press firmly together.
  3. Hold until handling strength is achieved.
  4. Avoid over-application, as excess adhesive may slow cure speed and reduce bond strength.

Curing Guidelines

  • Fixture time: 2–20 seconds
  • Full cure: 24 hours
  • Maximum gap fill: 0.10 mm
  • Best results on close-fitting, smooth surfaces

Additional Notes

  • Cure speed depends on humidity, temperature, and substrate type.
  • Acidic surfaces (paper, leather) may exhibit slightly longer cure times.
  • For rework or disassembly, use Fasto CA Debonder (complete removal from fabrics is not possible).
